Job Summary:
The Mergers & Acquisitions Analyst will report directly to Acrisure’s Manager of Mergers and Acquisitions and will be a member of the Acrisure Mergers & Acquisitions team that has completed 200+ transactions in the last 3 years. This individual will develop key relationships with business/corporate managers, employees and Mergers & Acquisitions colleagues and be seen as a trusted advisor and role model of the Acrisure culture.
Responsibilities:
Support senior members of the M&A team in:
Evaluating potential acquisitions by reviewing their financial statements and providing key insights to M&A Team members
Preparing valuation documents for distribution to acquisition targets
Preparing board documentation to present M&A updates to the Acrisure Executive team
Maintain dashboards, deal trackers, status reports, and other reporting tools to manage M&A prospects and active transactions
Participate in financial analysis of multiple active transactions at a time
Support M&A Team members on various tasks and projects

Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills
Knowledge/general understanding of business valuation preferred
Education/Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Economics & Public Policy, or similar discipline or the recognized equivalent in education and experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
