JOB DESCRIPTION:

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and outgoing M&A Analyst to join our team and play a pivotal role in sourcing acquisition opportunities. This is an entry-level position offering exposure to the entire M&A lifecycle, from sourcing and due diligence to deal closing. The ideal candidate is a natural relationship-builder with a strong phone presence, a positive attitude, and the drive to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

This role provides a clear path for growth, with the opportunity to develop financial acumen, negotiation skills, and strategic expertise. If you are eager to learn, unafraid of cold calls, and looking to accelerate your career in M&A, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

· Identify and engage with acquisition targets, cultivating relationships with executives and business owners

· Maintain and activate a pipeline of accounts nationally, assessing target interest in selling their businesses

· Manage ongoing relationships with prospects, ensuring consistent follow-up and data sharing

· Update and maintain CRM systems with accurate and actionable data to inform future strategies

· Partner with M&A Manager to gain hands-on exposure to the full deal process, including due diligence, contract negotiation, and underwriting

Qualifications:

· Strong communication skills, particularly over the phone

· 1+ years of experience in sales, account management, or customer-facing roles (internships included)

· 4-year college degree required

· Positive attitude

· Ability to quickly learn and adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

· Basic understanding of Microsoft Excel or other data management tools

· Knowledge of automotive industry is a plus, but not required

· Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Zoho) is a plus
