Responsibilities & leadership to drive full M&A process on selected strategic targets : identification, sourcing and execution of M&A transactions:

We will count on you to: 

Drive full M&A process on selected strategic targets : identification, sourcing and execution of M&A transactions

Source and identify potential opportunities in line with our new 4 year strategic plan 

Gather, analyse, and present information on potential acquisition targets;

Participate in all aspects of the full transaction cycle:  financial modelling, project structuring, LOI, due diligence, contract negotiations, transaction management;

Prepare financial models, target valuation and appropriate sensitivity and scenario analyses to support investment actions;

Build balanced relationships with business stakeholders and all counterparties with whom you will participate to negotiations.

Qualifications

Strong academic background: Masters in a numerical discipline (Business, Finance, Econometrics, Engineering, etc.).

The ideal candidate will have an international background, with a working experience of 2 to 3 years, in corporate M&A, investment banking, transaction services. 

Extensive experience with excel/google sheet and presentation tools (how to build a story). 

Strong Interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with different stakeholders

Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills in English and French. Spanish would be a plus.

Strong analytical skills with an attention to details.

Hands-on, agile and flexible.

General knowledge and curiosity for our industry is a plus.
