What You’ll Do

M&A Integration Project Management:

Stakeholder Communication & Alignment:

Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders. Act as the main point of contact, alongside the Business Integration Leader, between senior leadership, stakeholders, and integration teams to ensure alignment of expectations and goals.  Partner with business leadership to provide regular updates on integration progress, challenges, risks, mitigation steps and outcomes, and success metrics to key stakeholders.  Communicate effectively to manage expectations and resolve issues during the integration process.

Business Process and System Integration:

Coordinate the integration of core business systems (D365, CRM, CPM, UKG, Planview, etc.) to ensure consistency and efficiency across the combined entity.  Work with various departments to harmonize processes, workflows, and governance standards across the organization.  Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiencies.  Continuously monitor and assess the effectiveness of integration processes, advocating for adjustments as needed.

Change Management:

Collaborate with the Change Management Leader to develop change management strategies to facilitate alignment and minimize disruptions.

Post-Merger Review and Continuous Improvement:

Conduct post-integration evaluations to assess success against goals and identify areas for improvement in future M&A activities.  Continuously refine integration processes and best practices to enhance efficiency for future deals.
