MES Consultant

We are seeking a dedicated MES Consultant with 4 to 6 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong domain knowledge and technical expertise in Critical Manufacturing MES. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration and optimization of manufacturing processes. Your contributions will directly impact our efficiency and overall success.

Job duties:

Develop technology strategies that outline the upgrade and replacement strategies for the technology area. Manage relationships between Business Technology and other departments within the organization, as well as, working seamlessly with other BTS groups (Corporate, Outsourced, and vendors). Execute design, configuration, integration, implementation and troubleshooting of process control solutions, automation systems, laboratory, and manufacturing systems. Manage implementation projects per established project management methodology on budget and within timelines. Installing, troubleshooting, and supporting OT server software in a multi-server multi-platform environment. Mitigate network connectivity issues and maintained all LAN interfaced devices, including but not limited to printers, wireless access points, switches, routers, and workstations. Managing BTS Change Control process for all Infrastructure and Software changes. Assisting training of users on manufacturing and lab applications. Providing overall BTS support to the Abbvie Waco manufacturing facility. User Account Reconciliation for Quality and GxP systems Execute design, configuration, integration, implementation and troubleshooting of POMS Execute design, configuration, integration, implementation and troubleshooting OPSI Pi Write and maintain SOP’s and Work Instructions.

Skillset :

Active directory SaaS (good to have) e;g : Splunk, PRTG, Acronis Cyber Backup IT in an FDA regulated environment. IT system development and life cycle (in a GxP environment) Server and client management Server Data Base management Manufacturing application support experience OSI PI database knowledge POMS knowledge Knowledge of Track and Track
