Job Description
Main purpose of the job is the organizational lead of the MES team in Americas. The person is responsible for supervising, training and developing the global team based in Mexico. In addition the person takes over functional lead and organization within the digitalization projects. The person is the connection to the business process owners in the plants such as production, quality and logistics. He supports the project phases analysis, design, development, test, implementation and hypercare.

Translate demands from manufacturing, quality, logistics into MES specifications for changed or additional processes Support departments to include these process into the MES system software with use of standard tools. Create specifications for changes Implement and support process into MES system Understand and create specification for track and trace including batch management, serialization and identification of products with data matrix / QR labels and RFID In charge for supervising, training and developing the global MES team.
