MES Delivery Manager will lead a dedicated team, focusing on delivering high-quality technical and business process solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing technology projects, optimizing operational processes, and leading development teams to achieve strategic business objectives. **Key** **R** **esponsibilities** + Delivery and Project Leadership: Develop and implement project plans that align with the organisation’s strategic goals. Manage the entire project lifecycle, from initiation through to deployment and support. + Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of developers, fostering an environment of continuous improvement and innovation. Allocate resources effectively and set clear team objectives. + Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the main point of contact for project stakeholders, including business units and IT leadership. Ensure transparent communication regarding project progress, risks, and outcomes. + Process Optimization: Utilise deep understanding of business processes and technology to identify opportunities for process improvement. Implement best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of business operations. + Quality Assurance: Oversee the quality of deliverables, ensuring they meet predefined standards and business requirements. Implement rigorous testing and QA processes to ensure the reliability and performance of solutions. + Risk Management: Proactively identify and mitigate project risks. Develop and maintain comprehensive risk management plans to ensure smooth project execution. + Vendor and Resource Management: Manage relationships with external vendors and partners, ensuring alignment with project goals and company standards. Oversee procurement and integration of third-party solutions as needed. + Agile Methodology: Apply agile methodologies and principles to manage projects and deliver value quickly and efficiently. Facilitate agile ceremonies and ensure the team adheres to agile best practices. **Key R** **equirements** + Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT project management, with a focus on Manufacturing and Quality Solutions, ERP and Enterprise Grade Solutions. + Strong knowledge of project management principles and methodologies, including Agile and Scrum. + Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and team management skills. + Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholder relationships across all levels of an organization. + Proficiency in risk management and change management. + Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities. **Education** **/** **Qualifications** + A bachelor's degree in business, information technology, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus. + Itil 4, Prince 2 orSAFe CSP Certification is a plus + Managing a global team involves dealing with different time zones, cultural differences, and varied regulatory environments.
