Descripción del empleo

1. Support on Specification, validation and release of new production equipment Manufacturing Execution System (MES).
2. Support on Specification, validation and release of new production traceability data External/internal customer requirement.
3. Responsible to guarantee high availability for MES system.
4. Analyze MES system failure to identify root cause and provide accurate solutions.
5. Ensure manufacturing process compliance with engineering principles, customer requirements, Bosch standards and process specifications.
6. MES system changes documentation.
7. Train and instruct production personnel in regards MES system.
8. Train and instruct junior colleagues in regards MES system.
9. Active participation in continuous improvement projects and cost reduction activities related to MES system.
10. Participate in the creation/update of PFMEA for new projects and process changes related to MES system.
11. Know and apply escalation system.
12. Customize/Modify MES configurations in Nexeed applications or services.
13. Install, maintain and update all Manufacturing Execution System (MES) hardware and software platform according to production volumes variation and new projects introduction keeping low risk and less downtime possible.
14. Generate database reports as required and regular backups.
15. Strong Technical Knowledge to monitor and troubleshot issues related to MES servers, Operating System, applications and databases.
16. Generate queries to provide database reports. Archiving/ consulting historical data administration.
17. Share troubleshooting and/or implementation Lesson learned with Business Division.
18. Keep MES system version updated.
19. Implements new technology systems solution to enable information availability.

Requisitos

• 5 years experience in the automotive industry standards or the electronic manufacturing
Industry.
• Proficient in communication and team relationship.
• Strong analytical skills, troubleshooting and/or problem solving techniques.
• High knowledge in diverse operating systems administration: UNIX, Linux, Windows Servers
• High knowledge of backup systems and software.
• Knowledge of server virtualization software.
• Knowledge of data storage systems.
• High knowledge of servers clustering software and high availability technologies
• High knowledge of database administration.
• Basic knowledge in at least one high level programming language.
• Availability to travel and no legal restrictions to obtain Mexican Passport & Visa.
• Strong Leadership skills to Lead a Cross Functional Team.

English language advanced

Bachelor degree: Computer Science, Engineering similar
