We in the Manufacuring Enablement Platform take care of MES.
In this role you will be the Enterprise Product Manager for an IT Product called OneMES, with a focus on CP sites in LATAM.  

 

YOUR MISSION WILL BE TO:

 

MES Enterprise Product Management for LATAM CP sitesAgile Product Management for MES (Manufacturing Execution System)Lead cross-functional team to develop / rollout and operate OneMES Business Process based requirements engineering and consulting Responsible to lead product specialists work and together in an international environmentYou work independently with stakeholders and users from the production environment to record requirements and work packagesTo plan and create independently, to support the implementation by third parties and to accept the delivered resultsCollaborate with other product teams to create a development roadmap that ensures synergies and re-usability Participate in innovation activities to drive digitalization for BayerContinuously educate yourself to meet changing business needs and use new technologies sensibly

and continuously optimize existing processes.

 

ARE YOU READY FOR THE POSITION?

 

Must have:

University degree in engineering or natural sciences, computer science, business informatics or comparable qualification, with several years of experience as a product Owner / Manager or many years of equivalent industry experience in a similar roleExpert and very good knowledge of MES (e.g. Siemens OpCenter) concepts and products & project execution experience  Experience in a manufacturing environment and business processes is mandatory or MES technologies, e.g. Siemens OPCenterKnowledge of SAP R/3 or S/4 HANASIMATIC IT and standards for data exchange such as OPC UA or comparable are desirableAbility to lead a cross-functional team and relationships with development teams and business stakeholdersFluent English skills, both spoken and written

 

Nice to Have:

Good knowledge of C#, .NET, WPF, ASP.NET, JavaScript/TypeScript Good knowledge of databases and reports (SQL server, SSRS), web services (REST/oData/SOAP) and other interfaceExperience of automation products such as PCS 7 and SIMATIC Batch
