MES System Engineer (OT/IT Developer)

You’ll make an impact by:

Solution Development: Design and implement technical solutions for MES to improve production processes and integrate with ERP, automation systems, and third-party applications. Technical Concept Creation: Convert business requirements into detailed technical solutions for both OT and IT systems. Process Monitoring & Control: Implement solutions to monitor, orchestrate, and optimize real-time production processes. Troubleshooting & Support: Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and optimization for MES systems, addressing any system failures or inefficiencies. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with engineering, production, and IT teams to align MES solutions with organizational goals. Continuous Improvement: Drive digitalization and process improvements through emerging technologies to enhance system performance and business outcomes.

You’ll win us over by:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Industrial Automation, or related field. Having solid understanding of MES systems, OT/IT integration, automation technologies, and business process management. Having experience in software development, particularly for industrial applications, with knowledge of relevant programming languages (e.g., C#, Java, Python, or similar). Ability to manage technical projects, from concept development through implementation, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement. Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills to identify and resolve issues  Excellent communication skills for collaborations with cross-functional teams.
