Messaging Engineer

As a Messaging Engineer, you will contribute by ensuring the efficient and secure operation of the organisation's messaging and collaboration platforms, enabling seamless communication and collaboration across teams.
Your role will involve managing and optimising Microsoft Exchange (2013/2016/2019) and Skype for Business environments, supporting Blackberry Enterprise Server (BES), and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements for messaging systems. You will collaborate with multiple teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues, implement security policies, and enhance messaging services to meet evolving business needs.
Your transferable skills and experience:
Proven experience in administering Microsoft Exchange (2013/2016/2019) and Skype for Business. Familiarity with Blackberry Enterprise Server (BES) administration. Strong understanding of email protocols such as SMTP, IMAP, and POP. Knowledge of Active Directory integration with messaging systems. Experience with VMware, NetApp SAN, and Cohesity backups. Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.Please note: It's still worth applying even if you don't meet all the requirements above.
