Who we areThe Sender Operations team at Attentive is responsible for ensuring our customers are set up for successful & compliant message sending on our platform. This includes managing the phone number provisioning process, vetting and monitoring clients for carrier compliance, and managing our phone number inventory. This includes handling day-to-day issues, fielding questions from GTM teams, managing 3rd party relationships with our messaging partners, and working cross functionally with Product and Engineering to build tools and processes that improve Sender Operations at Attentive.
Why Attentive needs youEnsure phone numbers are provisioned in a timely and compliant manner so that customers can quickly launch on the Attentive platformCollaborate with our 3rd party messaging partners, US cellular carriers, and industry partners to stay abreast of phone number requirement changes, compliance best practices and carrier content policiesCoordinate with internal finance, billing and accounting teams to ensure that message partner invoices are accurate and clients are accurately billed for phone number and messaging feesCommunicate on a regular basis with messaging partners on all operations such as long-term strategic projects, daily support issues, and volume projectionsBuild reports using Looker that clearly depict overall status of phone number requests and and trends in messaging costs and be able to present those findings to leadership on a regular cadenceWork directly with Engineering and Product teams on building tools that enable best-in-class messaging tooling by creating requirements and clearly communicating problem areasPartner with Sales, Client Strategy, and Marketing teams to create content that educates customers on industry best practicesSupport Attentive in expanding internationally by standing up processes that enable phone number operations and compliance in new marketsAbout youYou have excellent communication skills (written and verbal) - this includes being comfortable communicating at all levels with the right level of detail and clarity: leadership, internal, and externalYou demonstrate strong project management skills and organizational skills. You approach projects by outlining requirements and tasks and execute against project plans, consistently providing updates to leadership and stakeholders.You are extremely detail oriented. You frequently catch small issues that may be overlooked by others and quickly remedy them.You have strong data analysis skills and proven track record building internal workflows using Zapier, Looker, Salesforce, Excel, Google Sheets, or similar toolsYou are comfortable completing projects requiring individual initiative and flexibility in tight time frames with minimal supervisionYou have a sense of ownership and urgency with objectives & priorities.You are willing to jump into a task and get your hands dirty if it’s required of you. You love to collaborate with your fellow team members to knock out a task or make progress on a team goal.You have experience working directly with engineering teams to troubleshoot issues using log level information, querying databases, or similar is a plusBachelor’s degree or U.S. equivalentMust have 1 year of professional experience in operations, strategy, consulting, or similar role and experience partnering with internal teams (including Sales & Finance, GTM, Product, or Engineering teams)You'll get competitive , from health & wellness to equity, to help you bring your best self to work.
For US based applicants:- The standard base salary range for this position is $86,800 to $100,000 annually.- This position is eligible for equity in the form of RSUs.
