Job Title: Messenger     Responsibilities: Distribute correspondence and various parcels within and outside the organization, using the means of transportation necessary to deliver them in a timely and secure manner. Provides help and assist in all the activities related to the department.  Distribute and deliver all kinds of correspondence between the institution and other public and private organizations. Withdraw from the different organisms, or institutions, communications, parcels, documents, etc Carry out banking operations and procedures, such as: check deposits, cash, withdraw checkbooks, transfers, etc. Make purchase of materials, office supplies and equipment that are required, according to the needs presented. SPECIFIC TASKS:   • Plan your work schedule daily • Drive a motor vehicle to move to places that require it. • Move materials, equipment, supplies or correspondence to different areas. • Give preventive maintenance to the vehicle under your responsibility. • Supply the vehicle with the fuels it needs. • Transfer personnel when the need exists. • Perform daily rounds through the departments to collect correspondence.   Preferred: Basic level completed Driver's license cat.2   About Jostens: Jostens leads the student commemoration market and has been serving local communities for over 125 years.
