Job Description:
Drive Sales Growth: Develop and execute sales strategies for the Meta wearable program within an assigned region, achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Strategic Partnership Management: Establish and nurture partnerships with key retailer stakeholders, fostering strong relationships to maximize program success.
Team Leadership & Development: Oversee multiple Field Operations Managers, providing coaching, mentorship, and strategic direction to optimize team performance.
Sales Strategy Development & Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive sales plans, including national sales initiatives, that are aligned with Meta's objectives and retail environment.
Data Analysis & Performance Optimization: Analyze sales data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights to continuously improve sales performance and program effectiveness.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: This role will serve as the retailers' primary sales liaison, coordinating with internal and external teams to ensure the seamless execution of sales strategies.
Product Expertise & Advocacy: Maintain a deep understanding of the wearable industry and wearable technology, acting as a passionate advocate for the Meta wearable program.
Qualifications:
Proven National Account Sales Management Experience: Successfully managed significant accounts, preferably at a national level.
Strategic Mindset: Ability to analyze market trends and identify opportunities for growth within national accounts.
Drives Results: Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue objectives within key accounts.
Technology/Consumer Electronics Sales Background: Deep understanding of the technology/consumer electronics landscape and sales cycles.
Cultivates Innovation: This person brings creative solutions to the sales process and identifies innovative approaches to reaching target customers within the tech industry.
Sales Leadership and Team Management Skills: Experience leading and mentoring sales teams, including Field Operations Managers and Brand Ambassadors.
Builds Effective Teams: Creates a positive and collaborative environment, fosters open communication, and empowers team members to succeed. Motivates and inspires the team to achieve and surpass performance goals.
Strategic Partnership Development and Relationship Management: Exceptional ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders. Understand the company's and retailer's long-term strategic goals and identify opportunities for synergy partnerships.
Analytical Skills with Data-Driven Decision-Making: Proficient in analyzing sales data, identifying trends, and using insights to optimize sales performance. Uses data to measure progress, identify areas for improvement, and implement effective strategies to maximize the ROI of the program. Explores new metrics and data analysis tools to gain deeper insights into sales performance and customer behavior.
