Bariatric Program Coordinator

Position Summary:

We are seeking a Bariatric Program Coordinator to provide administrative oversight and operational support to the Director of Operations. This role is integral in managing financial reporting, budgeting, product costs, marketing initiatives, patient tracking, and contract management. Responsibilities include:

Coordinating and scheduling support groups and conducting pre/post-surgical follow-ups.Maintaining tracking systems, program statistics, and requirements for center recognition and certification.Supporting patient acquisition and outpatient service utilization.Managing Bariatric reporting distribution and participating in collaborative service line initiatives.Serving as the MBS Clinical Reviewer and contributing to program growth strategies.Qualifications:

Education & Experience:

Associate’s degree (required for licensure or registration).Prior experience in insurance processing and marketing.Healthcare experience is essential.

Licensure & Certification:
