The Kelly Group is seeking a Metal Fabrication Facility Supervisor for its Marion, Arkansas, location. Candidates should have a minimum of 2 to 3 years of fabrication facility management experience.\n

This position requires the ability to perform these essential duties:\n\nAbility to safely operate and instruct employees on proper use of fabrication equipment including press brakes, bending rolls and punches\nEstimate and budget projects, perform take-offs and order materials\/supplies\nResponsible for hiring, scheduling and communicating with a safe and motivated facility crew\nBasic computer knowledge\nAbility to read blueprints\nEnsure deadlines are met while maintaining quality control to meet industrial standards\nMaintain positive relationships and interactions with customers\nCoordinate projects with field crews\nUnderstanding of safe work practices and how to maintain a safe work environment\n\n

Other preferred qualifications sought include:\n\nInventory control and compliance experience\nBasic drafting skills, including CAD\n\n
