The Kelly Group is seeking a Metal Fabrication Facility Supervisor for its Reserve, Louisiana, location. Candidates should have a minimum of 2 to 3 years of fabrication facility management experience.

This position requires the ability to perform these essential duties:

Ability to safely operate and instruct employees on proper use of fabrication equipment including press brakes, bending rolls and punches Estimate and budget projects, perform take-offs and order materials/supplies Responsible for hiring, scheduling and communicating with a safe and motivated facility crew Basic computer knowledge Ability to read blueprints Ensure deadlines are met while maintaining quality control to meet industrial standards Maintain positive relationships and interactions with customers Coordinate projects with field crews Understanding of safe work practices and how to maintain a safe work environment

Other preferred qualifications sought include:

Inventory control and compliance experience Basic drafting skills, including CAD
