Job Description
Seeking skilled helpers to work in either of the two main shops: the Enclosure Shop where metal generator enclosures are built or the Finish Department where final touches and assembly are completed on the enclosures. Candidates will work with their hands, using hand tools and power tools to complete daily tasks.
ResponsibilitiesAssist in building metal generator enclosures in the Enclosure Shop.Perform final assembly and finishing touches on enclosures in the Finish Department.Utilize hand tools and power tools to complete daily tasks.Follow detailed instructions to ensure high-quality fabrication and assembly.Support the team with various fabrication and production tasks.Repair and maintain tools and equipment as necessary.Essential SkillsExperience with hand tools and power tools.Knowledge of construction, carpentry, or metal working.Ability to read and interpret blueprints.Experience in fabrication and assembly processes.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in landscaping, concrete work, or similar fields is beneficial.Ability to work in both indoor and outdoor industrial environments.Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
Work is conducted in both indoor and outdoor industrial settings. Safety glasses and steel-toed boots are required. After the initial interview, candidates will be selected for either the Finish Department or Enclosure Shop based on their skills.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Jacksonville, Florida.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $22.50
