If you share our bold mindset to be best-in-class, we want you IN. **Location: Navi Mumbai** **Key Skills and Experience:** + **Metals Industry Knowledge:** **Thorou** gh understanding of metal processing, manufacturing processes, and the specific challenges and opportunities within the metals sector. Sound knowledge of the business environment and growth drivers in the Metals vertical (Ferrous and Non Ferrous) viz. Electrification, Automation & Digitalization domain. Experience in zero emission efforts, decarbonization, energy conservation, and KPI calculations is advantageous. + **Electrical and Automation Systems:** Familiarity with various electrical and automation technologies, including PLCs, SCADA systems, Drives, and Automation Solutions relevant to the metals industry. + **Project Management:** Experience managing the complete project lifecycle, from initial proposal to project completion, including resource allocation, scheduling, and risk management. + **Sales and Negotiation:** Proven ability to generate leads, qualify prospects, build relationships with clients, and negotiate contracts and pricing. + **Communication and Presentation Skills:** Ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences, and make compelling sales presentations. + **Client Relationship Management:** Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills to establish and maintain long-term relationships with key clients. + **CRM Software:** Proficiency in using CRM software like OneSAM, Salesforce or similar platforms to manage leads, track sales activities, and maintain client records. + **Networking:** A strong network of contacts within the metals industry, including suppliers, customers, and industry professionals. + **Analytical Skills:** Ability to analyze market trends, assess customer needs, and develop effective sales strategies. + **Specialized Knowledge:** Deep understanding of specific metal types, processing techniques (e.g., casting, forging, rolling), and relevant regulatory standards. + **Solution Development:** Experience in developing customized electrical and automation solutions for specific metal industry applications, such as automated casting lines, robotic welding systems, or energy management systems. + **Bid Management:** Experience in preparing and submitting bids for small, medium & large-scale electrical and automation projects in the metals industry. + **Collaboration:** Ability to work effectively with internal teams (engineering, project management, finance) and external partners (vendors, system integrators). **Qualifications & Experience** **Education** + BE / B. Tech in Electrical Engineering. **Experience** + 10-15 years of relevant hands-on experience in Metals Vertical (Ferrous & Non-Ferrous) + Proven working experience as business development manager, sales executive, or a relevant role. + Market Knowledge and proven Sales track record. + Experience in customer support is a plus. + Strong communication and presentation skills. + Innovative, self-driven, and disciplined + Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce). **Ready to power the future with us?
