Our broad portfolio of high-quality and differentiated branded generic medicines reaches across multiple therapeutic areas including gastroenterology, women's health, cardiometabolic, pain management/central nervous system, and respiratory. **What You’ll Do:** implement and improve the operational processes to increase commercial teams' effectiveness and sales force productivity in METAP-CIS region. Work with the commercial Leaders to ensure the effective deployment of resources and tools to support the effective execution and pull-through of the sales management process through-out the sales organization. Activities include analyzing operational processes and developing programs to address them. **Required Qualifications** + BSc of pharmaceutical sciences or equivalent degree. + English language fluency. + 1- 3 years' experience in similar position in multinational company preferably with same business scope & size.
