Methods Planner C
Summary/Objective The Methods Planner C performs a variety of detailed and specialized tasks or projects to maintain or create new items, B.O.Ms, routings and procedures to assume configuration control. Essential Functions Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Update electronic or manual system with specifications Assure timely completion and distribution of ECN, PCN, TCN and CDR (Engineering change notice, planning change notice, customer drawing and discrepancies tolling change notices). Create excel files that manages bill of material with and calculate material needed using required formulas. Create word documents to address and notify other departments with any notifications To update or create new specification, following general guidelines given Create new or modify/update B.O.M, routings to produce a conforming product. Assist in library as needed, scanning documents, establishing and maintaining technical library. Perform administrative and clerical duties, as needed Competencies Communication Proficiency Supervisor Responsibility This is not a supervisory position. The employee is occasionally required to sit, climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Position type/Expected Hours of Work – What is the work schedule This is a full-time position. Days of work are Monday – Friday. Travel Travel is primarily local during the business day, although some out-of-the-area and overnight travel may be expected. Required Education and Experience High School diploma and/or some college Knowledge of Microsoft office.
