Metrics and Reporting Analyst (US Shift)

What We'll Bring:

• You will have a Bachelor of Science degree
• 1-3 years of progressive work experience with data processing and analysis or related hands on college coursework
• Experience in the credit reporting, financial services or direct marketing industry is preferred
• Ability to analyze moderate to complex data using logic and quantitative reasoning, and an intuitive capacity for problem solving
• Working knowledge of relational database; ability to manipulate/transform data using various ETL (such as Alteryx and PowerBI)
• Proficient in data visualization tools including Tableau and Excel
• Ability to translate system and business processes into relevant metrics and KPI’s
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Independent and resourceful mindset with the ability to identify opportunities to optimize performance
• Skilled in delivering high-quality output on time in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
• Works well in a team setting fostering collaboration and working toward consensus
• Working knowledge of software development lifecycle principles and quality assurance

What You'll Bring:

•    Prepare, manage, and deliver reoccurring Global Delivery BI reports and dashboards for management review
•    Work in conjunction with the Management team to develop and improve specific operational metrics
•    Collaborate across the organization to assist with the identification, development, and evolution of KPIs
•    Provide reporting expertise, support, and insight to Management, and department end users
•    Act as the liaison between various business units to integrate into BI reporting 
•    Have a technical aptitude and can speak to our capabilities based on technology used
•    Develop and execute design concepts, code standards, and test plans in order to validate data blending output
•    Participate in identifying and implementing cost reduction opportunities and/or process efficiencies
•    Analyze data and test results to ensure data is accurately represented in reports and dashboards
•    Ability to identify and troubleshoot processing issues
•    Maintain documentation associated with Bi processes and reports
•    Maintain accurate, efficient and timely delivery of reports 
•    Understand how process improvements affect quality and timeliness of reporting
•    Understand how strategic goal measurements impact department level goals
•    Participate in achieving department goals
•    Perform other related duties as assigned.
