What We'll Bring:
Dynamics of the RoleGlobal Delivery Business Intelligence associates are accountable for producing reports and dashboards used to measure performance and support business decisions. You will monitor data and draw insights related to business and financial trends that will drive the business forward. Integrating new data feeds and views into the reporting process is also a key function of the role. You will represent the organization among other business units to support and drive strategic initiatives.
The Team’s Focus
Global Delivery is responsible for the delivery of products to customers in support of client marketing campaigns, account risk management, and depersonalized analytical data requests. The Business Intelligence team works closely with all Global Delivery teams as well as external groups including Finance, Global Technology, and Product to ensure appropriate KPI’s are captured and reported to key stakeholders. The team also produces and maintains interactive dashboards designed to supplement our applications enabling more detailed business performance metrics.

How You’ll Contribute:
Prepare, manage, and deliver reoccurring Global Delivery BI reports and dashboards for management reviewWork in conjunction with the Management team to develop and improve specific operational metricsCollaborate across the organization to assist with the identification, development, and evolution of KPIsIndependently produce deliverables related to projects of all sizesProvide reporting expertise, support, and insight to Management, and department end usersAct as the liaison between various business units to integrate into BI reportingHave a technical aptitude and can speak to our capabilities based on technology usedDevelop and execute design concepts, code standards, and test plans in order to validate data blending outputParticipate in identifying and implementing cost reduction opportunities and/or process efficienciesAnalyze data and test results to ensure data is accurately represented in reports and dashboardsAbility to identify and troubleshoot processing issuesMaintain documentation associated with Bi processes and reportsMaintain accurate, efficient and timely delivery of reportsUnderstand how process improvements affect quality and timeliness of reportingUnderstand how strategic goal measurements impact department level goalsParticipate in achieving department goalsPerform other related duties as assignedImpact You'll Make:
What You’ll Bring:
You will have a Bachelor of Science degree3-5 years of progressive work experience with data processing, analysis, and visualizationExperience in the credit reporting, financial services or direct marketing industry is preferredAbility to analyze moderate to complex data using logic and quantitative reasoning, and an intuitive capacity for problem solvingWorking knowledge of relational database; ability to manipulate/transform data using various ETL (such as Alteryx and PowerBI)Proficient in data visualization tools including PowerBI, Tableau and ExcelAbility to translate system and business processes into relevant metrics and KPI’sStrong verbal and written communication skillsIndependent and resourceful mindset with the ability to identify opportunities to optimize performanceSkilled in delivering high-quality output on time in a fast-paced environment with competing prioritiesWorks well in a team setting fostering collaboration and working toward consensusWorking knowledge of software development lifecycle principles and quality assuranceThis is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.TransUnion Job Title
