Job Description-Lead and supervise Metrology Technicians
-Technical understanding in reading blueprints and discussing technical terms and specifications with suppliers for Homologations and Countermeasure
-Dimensional studies for component and finished goods for ISIR
- Analyzes appropriate specifications in blue print for acceptance criteria
-Development and execution of measurement programs for CMM
-Document measurement results in the Bosch report format
-Perform equipment verification when needed (CMM pins, etc.).
-Assure all measurement equipment meets the calibration requirements on
time
-Measures parts using one or more of the following instruments:
-Caliper, micrometer, measuring microscope
Qualifications-Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent
-English proficient (Intermediate)
-Problem solving (desirable)
Automotive Industry experience (desirable)
Production processes experience (desirable)
MS Office proficient
SAP is desired
