Introduction to the job

We are looking for a new Global Learning & Knowledge Management (L&KM) Solution Manager in the Manufacturing Academy (MFA). You will be part of the global MFA team and will be responsible for supporting the global network of MF Academy teams in the factories.

In this role you will act as the key MFA liaison, helping local factories set up their operating models in line with the Manufacturing blueprint, and developing local MFA roadmaps that align with the global Manufacturing Academy strategy and local needs.

Additionally, you will support global Manufacturing teams (Safety, Quality, Strategy), MF competence centers and improving the MFA governance structure. And you will take a lead role towards the MFA Competence Center and will be the central point of contact for the L&KM solutions around the ASML Prioritized Initiatives (API’s).

Role and responsibilities

Act as the MFA liaison for all factory MF Academy teams, supporting the setup of L&KM activities, roadmaps, and services in line with the local factory needs, MFA organizational blueprint and related L3 processes.

Establish and enhance the MFA governance structure in collaboration with local factories, connecting it to the global MF Academy, MF Learning Steerco, and ASML Learning Steerco.

Conduct strategic and functional learning needs analysis for Global Manufacturing teams and MF Competence Centers and support the design of functional roadmaps for areas such as Safety, Quality Excellence, and Strategy.

Collaborate & coordinate with ASML API’s, global MF change managers, BPI Academy, and local MF Academy teams to ensure Manufacturing API Learning & KM needs are met.

Partner with key stakeholders in ASML Academy (e.g., Dean’s Office, Learning Shared Services, Comms & Change, Strategy) to ensure effective delivery of solutions.

Work closely with the global MF Academy team to provide a seamless learning experience for high-priority learning initiatives.

Optimize global L&KM services and solutions for factories, including managing relevant vendors and agreements.

Own and drive the MF Academy Competence Centre towards the next level of maturity.

Education and experience

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a relevant area of expertise

15+ years experience as a Program / Solution Manager

Experienced with international global project and change management initiatives in a complex environment

Proven experience in Learning & Knowledge Management, preferably within a manufacturing environment.

Experience in the High-Tech Industry or Manufacturing

Stakeholder management at local, global and senior levels

Skills:

Strong understanding of project management & governance structures and the ability to establish and improve them.

Excellent communications and stakeholder management skills in an international global context

Ability to conduct learning needs analysis and design strategic roadmaps.

Experience in collaborating with global teams and managing cross-functional projects.

Proven organizational and problem-solving skills, including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills

Expertise or affinity with Learning & Knowledge Management topics.

Other information

Travel: 2-4 times yearly

Working hours: Flexibility in working hours is asked due to the global nature of the role
