FMEA/CP/WI/Check list standard. 制定标准化文件Line layout/ Line balance chart/ StaB/ Ergo. 线布局图，线平衡图， StaB， 人机工程Capacity planning. 产能计算Plant CapEx management. 工厂投资管理Responsibility for IATF16949 & BPS audit. 负责体系审核

Continue improvement 持续改善

Productivity increasing project derivation and lead. 推动并主导效率提升改善项目Lead lean line design. 主导精益生产线设计Lead Shop floor layout improvement. 主导车间布局改善Lead quality problem solving. 主导质量问题解决Lead RPP activity for target achievement. 主导成本改善

QualificationsBachelor degree in mechanical engineering and technology.  机械类、电子类、工业工程专业学士学位5+ years above. 5年以上工作经验2+ years on process . 2年以上工艺经验IE knowledge well. 工业工程知识PjM experience, lead improvement projects. 项目管理经验，主导改善项目Interpersonal skill and presenting skill in front of cross function audience is a prior.  团队合作能力和报告能力强优先With BPS experience is plus. 博世生产系统经验优先Fluent in both verbal and writing English and able to be working language. 英文流利，可作为工作语言
