Major Responsibilities:

This role requires a blend of technical expertise and hands-on experience in MP&L manufacturing function to drive the effectiveness on data update in critical MP&L sub skill areas like MFE/SMF, SCM, ECC on daily critical metric update requirement for smooth flow of operation and monitoring the actions completion, follow-up and KPI reporting for IMG plants.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree. 6+ years of experience in Manufacturing MP&L function – MH / MFE, Kiting and sequencing, SCM, ECC. Altryx development, datamart skill, SMART / SKS application usage. Experience with shop floor MH/SMF activities and Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. A proactive approach to identifying and resolving potential issues.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with cloud-based platforms and data analytics. Knowledge of machine learning and artificial intelligence techniques. Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment. Project management experience. Establish critical KPI for MH / MFE operation on below areas SMART daily critical update / ECN change update/ Route configuration PFEP maintenance in line with CMMS data – Data validation and accuracy SKS critical update progress monitoring Follow-up on closing of open items with escalation support

 

Report out critical SCM KPI  SCM critical metric monitoring and report out that affect the operation Report out/ escalate for closure of critical update with plant teams to avoid impact into operations

 

ECC performance monitoring ECN timing update ECM key metric reports out for smooth ECN change implementation in MP&L operations

 

Support on Plant Balance out activities

 

Develop Alteryx and Bot for KPI reporting on MP&L critical function activities

 

Maintenance & Optimization:

Drive sustainable operation support for plant MP&L operations Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to MP&L operations Identify opportunities for process improvement  Deploy latest advancements in MP&L plant operation with automation technologies driving efficiency. Collaborate with the various MP&L skill engineering team to develop and implement AI automation reporting on KPI
