役割と責務–PCBの故障解析行う–電装品の故障解析を行う–はんだ作業を行い簡単なリレー交換などを行う–エアシリンダ―など空圧機器の故障解析、分解清掃及び再組立てを行う–エンジニアに故障個所の報告を行う–データ整理や手順書作成などエンジニアのサポートを行う募集要件（以下のすべての条件を満たす必要はありません）–少なくとも3年の保全業務経験を有する–装置構造/一般産業、パーツ、材料などの基礎的な工学知識を有する–学ぶこと、成長、自己開発に熱意をもっていること。 –問題解決スキルと分析スキル。 –納期を意識し、粘り強く取り組めること。 –チームメンバーと協働できる優れたコミュニケーション能力を有すること 

必須条件：
・高校卒業以上
・Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)などの基本的なソフトウェアを使用できる
・日本語必須　must have Japanese language skills
