MGM Rewards Representative - Bellagio

THE JOB: 

The MGM Rewards Representative at Bellagio is focused on enhancing the guest experience by delivering exceptional customer service.  Your primary responsibilities include promoting and enrolling guests into the MGM Rewards program, conducting redemptions, reviewing promotions, and answering questions about benefits.  You will play a vital role in our mission to own the guest’s experience and create WOW memories that they will carry with them far beyond their stay with us.

THE STARTING PAY RATE:  $17.00 / Per Hour

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

Explain the MGM Rewards program comprehensively, enroll guests in the program, and facilitate the redemption of guests' points and offersAssist guests with inquiries, including questions about the MGM Rewards program, Direct Marketing Offers, MyVegas (where applicable), special event offers, program updates, and promote awareness of the GameSense (problem gambling program)Navigate various computer systems such as Patron Management, myVegas (where applicable), MCP, Opera, Veridoc, and GMPOrganize companywide promotional events like the Holiday Gift Shoppe, Cruise Giveaway, and Stay and Gift promosCollaborate with VIP Services to resolve hotel reservation issuesSupport hosts in providing discretionary MGM Rewards Point CompsAssist with promotional Slot Tournaments and distribute event ticketsResearch, redeem, and adjust Tier CreditsRedeem PO Offers, myVEGAS rewards, and issue comps/FREEPLAYMonitor and adjust receipts for members' non-gaming expendituresApply MGM Rewards Points to guests' hotel foliosAssist guests in using the mobile appPerform other job-related duties as assigned

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

High school diploma, GED or educational equivalentMust be 21 years of age or olderNevada State Gaming RegistrationMust be able to work various shifts, including weekends and all holidays

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

One (1) year of previous guest services experienceKnowledgeable of Player Tracking systemsExceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all stakeholdersCapable of standing and walking for a majority of the shiftAble to effectively communicate in English, in both written and verbal forms
