THE JOB:

As an MGM Rewards Representative, you will be responsible for assisting guests at the Rewards desk or other assigned area with all aspects of their account and to enroll new guests in the loyalty program while providing excellent guest service. You will play a vital role in our mission to own the guest’s experience and create WOW memories that they will carry with them far beyond their time with us. 

THE STARTING RATE: $19.10 per hour

THE SCHEDULE: Must be able to work holidays and weekends.

Sunday to Thursday: 3:30 PM – 12:15 AMFriday to Saturday: 5:30 PM – 2:15 AM

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

Assist players with all requests in a professional and timely manner, answer questions and address problems.Utilize all aspects of the Player Tracking System, input player information into the database system and issue loyalty program cards.Resolve guest complaints within scope of authority and otherwise refer the matter to management.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

Having at least 1 year of front-facing customer service experience is a plus.

Pay Range:

The typical pay range for this role is:

Minimum - Maximum

$15.00 - $21.51

Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.

Should overtime be worked, employees are paid overtime pay in accordance with state requirements.
