THE JOB:

As an MGM Rewards Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities at the MGM Rewards desk, ensuring everything operates seamlessly. You will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and positive environment. You will play a vital role in our mission to own the guest’s experience and create WOW memories that they will carry with them far beyond their time with us. 

THE STARTING RATE: $24 per hour

THE SCHEDULE: Must be able to work weekends and holidays. You can choose between two schedule options:

Option 1: 4 Ten-Hour Shifts

Sunday to Thursday: 1:30 PM – 12:15 AMFriday to Saturday: 3:30 PM – 2:15 AM

Option 2: 5 Eight-Hour Shifts

Sunday to Thursday: 3:30 PM – 12:15 AMFriday to Saturday: 5:30 PM – 2:15 AM

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

Oversee the smooth daily operations of the MGM Rewards desk, ensuring all activities align with company goals and profitability targets.Support MGM Rewards Representatives, Hosts, and guests by addressing requests promptly and professionally, creating a positive guest experience.Educate guests about the loyalty program, assist with redeeming points for comps, and issue and explain FREEPLAY usage.Evaluate members' status and offer personalized complimentary amenities based on established guidelines.Lead daily team briefings and foster a collaborative, respectful, and motivating work environment focused on guest satisfaction and employee engagement.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent.Has at least 2 years of front-facing customer service experience.Having at least 1 year of lead or supervisor experience in a front-facing customer service role such as hospitality or retail is a plus.

Pay Range:

The typical pay range for this role is:

Minimum - Maximum

$20.25 - $33.20

Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.

Should overtime be worked, employees are paid overtime pay in accordance with state requirements.
