This high-impact role is central to our ongoing business transformation and requires an experienced professional with a strong analytical mindset, exceptional forecasting capabilities, and advanced technical skills in financial systems and tools. Reporting directly to the CFO, the ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving strategic decision-making, ensuring financial integrity, and supporting sustainable growth. This is a hands-on role and will operate as an individual contributor. **Key Responsibilities:** **Strategic Planning & Forecasting:** + Oversee the annual budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accurate and timely financial projections. + Provide insights and recommendations to the CFO and senior leadership that align with corporate goals and objectives. + Develop and maintain a cash flow forecast to optimize working capital. ​ **Financial Analysis & Modeling:** + Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models to evaluate business scenarios and support strategic initiatives. + Analyze financial results, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to enhance profitability and operational efficiency. ​ **Reporting & Performance Management:** + Oversee preparation and presentation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. + Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial data, leveraging tools like HFM, SAP, and Power BI. + Collaborate with accounting teams to ensure alignment between financial reporting and operational performance metrics. + Perform special projects and ad hoc business/financial analysis as needed. ​ **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** + Collaborate with supply chain, SIOP, and digital teams to align financial goals with operational priorities. + Support functional leaders by providing financial insights and tools to drive business performance. ​ **Transformation Leadership:** + Drive initiatives to optimize the FP&A function as part of the broader business transformation. + Implement best practices and enhance forecasting accuracy through improved processes and tools. ​ **Technical Expertise:** + Demonstrate advanced proficiency in HFM, SAP, and Excel, including complex financial modeling and data analysis. + Utilize Power BI to create dynamic dashboards and visualize key business metrics. **Requirements** + Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CFA designation preferred. + Minimum of 5 to 7 years of progressive experience in FP&A. + **Expertise in HFM Oracle is a must.** + Experience in SAP, and Power BI is highly desirable. + Exceptional Excel skills, including advanced financial modeling and data analysis capabilities. + Proven track record of supporting large-scale business transformations and delivering impactful financial insights. + Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders. + Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, capable of managing cross-functional teams and driving collaboration. **Benefits** We are committed to offering competitive benefits programs for all of our employees. + Have peace of mind and body with our health insurance + Drive forward your career through professional development opportunities **Our commitment to you** Our greatest assets are the expertise, creativity and passion of our employees.
