Mgr, HR Business Partner
Position OverviewKeep our communities fed.

As a Manager, Human Resources Business Partner you are responsible for providing strategic support to the business. This position is responsible for developing and executing a human resource strategy that is aligned with the business and drives the results of the location/s supported. The role works as a coach and advisor to the Operations partners across multiple sites or functions to deliver results for the business in line with company expectations. The HR Business Partner engages the resources of the broader HR organization to enable the execution of this strategy, including leveraging the functional expertise and resources of the Centers of Expertise (COE's) and HR Shared Services teams. In this capacity, the Manager leads and develops multiple direct reports who assist in the execution of the strategic vision for the assigned functions and locations.

Job Description

Full Time, On-Site Role

Location: 1802 Jim Johnson Rd., Plant City, FL 33566

You will contribute by:

Identifying, developing, and implementing HR programs that support the business objectives and key performance priorities of the business unit

Partnering with Facility Operations Leaders and serving as a trusted adviser on any people, organizational, or capability implications of our business strategy

Coaching and advising leaders on talent development and performance management

Driving key HR initiatives including talent management, training, succession planning, workforce planning, performance management, and salary reviews

Working strategically and in partnership with the business to develop and implement focused workforce strategies to ensure alignment with both business and HR objectives

Identifying key business trends and work in partnership with HR cross-functional resources to develop solutions, programs and policies to aid in achievement of organizational goals

Playing a critical role in embedding a talent management mindset and executing a talent agenda that aligns with critical business priorities

Driving the talent review process and partnering with business leadership and COE's to create Individual Development Plans and functional talent review action plans

Partnering with COE to drive focus and awareness to organizational Diversity, Equity and Inclusion initiatives at the local level

We’re searching for candidates with:

Working knowledge of Human Resources related laws and regulations

Ability to establish credibility and influence leaders

Strong internal and external customer service focus

Drive to deliver outstanding results across the organization

Effective communication (verbal and written), negotiation and presentation skills

Ability to work collaboratively across divisions, functions and levels

Project management, analytical and organizational abilities

Ability to use data to inform insights

Ability to identify and handle priority and/or sensitive issues with discretion, and a commitment to confidentiality.

Familiarity with Google Suites and Microsoft Office suite is a plus

5-7 years of experience in Human Resources in relevant roles

Bachelor's degree preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Experience supporting hourly employee client groups

Preferred experience in a call center, distribution center, or manufacturing environment

Ability to engage in occasional travel, approximately 10% of the time

Proficiency in Spanish is desirable
