As an AMHS EQP Section Manager, be responsible for optimizing area tool installation in accordance with Fab11's Business Plan, Strategies and Goals, and supervision and development of AMHS EQP leaders and engineers and for directing equipment and AMHS sustaining efforts for the area to ensure optimum.
1. Forecast and budget on equipment retrofit cost and any other related expenditures. Drive improvement activities to reduce equipment setup costs. 
2. Manage the construction quality to make sure the schedule and quality optimization. 
3. Lead AMHS EQP team to improve AMHS system/Tool efficiency and availability with innovation idea.
4. Ensure team members have required training, as well as job critical knowledge and skills for talent development.
5. Manage, measure and monitor projects support to ensure deliverables and time frames are met. 
6. Lead AMHSEQ to achieve business goal and maximum support.
7. Conduct performance management
8. Promote and enable a safe and positive working environment.
9. Responsible for key KPIs and project on-time delivery. Highlighting risks and concerns to all stake holders. 
10. Responsible for Talent Management, include identifying, training and developing of individual to become a high performing Team Member. 
11. Informing Area and Fab Leadership on all equipment related issues impacting Production 
12. Optimize area tool performance in accordance with company’s Business Plan, Strategies and Goals
