This individual will ensure that brand messaging and collateral are compelling, cohesive, and aligned with current food and beverage trends, as well as our company values. The ideal candidate is highly organized, technologically savvy, and detail-oriented, with strong proofreading skills and a commitment to field marketing execution and support. Additionally, this role focuses on fostering strong account relationships through proactive support and communication. With up to 75% local travel in the Boston suburbs, the Marketing Manager must be a dynamic individual, prepared to work closely with corporate dining managers to address their needs and enhance overall program performance. **What you'll be doing:** + Collaborate with the Director of Marketing to deliver cohesive brand strategies that promote innovative, trend-aligned foodservice programs. Serve as a key liaison during regular travel to corporate dining locations, ensuring hands-on execution of marketing initiatives and strengthening client relationships. + Conduct marketing audits to assess brand presence and operational performance. Provide suggestions and create action plans if improvements are needed. + Support Business Reviews and New Business Proposals by preparing creative content that aligns with strategic goals. + Manage and execute social media strategies, crafting engaging content that reflects corporate dining innovations and current food trends. + Develop and assist with the creation marketing collateral, including digital assets, printed signage, and promotional materials, with a focus on increasing participation and engagement. + Ensure all marketing materials are polished, error-free, and aligned with brand guidelines, demonstrating strong proofreading skills. **What we're looking for:** + Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. + 1-2 years of experience in a marketing role, ideally within foodservice, hospitality, or a corporate setting. + Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with marketing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
