Manage a team of skilled PI module engineers, driving the introduction of new tech-node and optimization of DRAM process flow. This role is critical for maintaining stable fab output and product quality in OMT, requiring collaboration with various engineering and production teams.

Responsibilities and TasksSet clear direction, goals, and expectations for the PI module team.Train, mentor, and develop your team. Manage performance and provide regular feedback.Continually monitor yield and product performance metrics and drive projects to improve the yield and quality of our products.Understand production goals and work closely with fab area counterparts to ensure PI activities support those goals.Establish positive relationships via regular communication with counterparts within OMT, sister fab PI teams, and parent-company product teams to drive towards common goals.Ensure your team’s recommendations and decisions are data driven and risk-balanced.Work with Micron Central teams and sister fab PI teams to improve PI systems and business processes.EducationBachelor degree or equivalent experience in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, Physics, Chemical, Material Science, or related fields.Experience5 years semiconductor experience, and prior leadership or supervisory experience will be an advantage.QualificationsDeep understanding of fab processes, tools, and production concepts.Solid working knowledge of DRAM structure and electrical function.Good knowledge and experience in SPC principles and process control methodologies.Adequate exposure to yield concepts, probe electrical testing and DRAM reliability concepts.Proven record of exposure to process change implementation strategies and risk mitigation.Excellent multi-tasking, strong data analysis and decision-making skills.Strong leadership and team building skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proven interpersonal capabilities to coordinate resources and actions among multiple areas.
