Responsible for overall operation of the division to include managing staff, inventory control, production, warehouse, delivery, and administrative support functions for Line Rebagging. Accountability for HACCP, SQF, and sanitation related processes and procedures. Enhances customer relations, develops annual budget, coordinates sales efforts, coordinate purchasing efforts, participates in development of products and is responsible for achieving division goals and objectives. Functions as a team member within the department and organization, as required, and performs any duty assigned to best serve the company.
Accountable for broad leadership responsibilities across operations, distribution, sanitation, production, product quality, regulatory compliance, product efficiency, cost control, warehousing, purchasing, delivery, and administrative support functions; while managering performance and results
Establishes and monitors staff performance and development goals, assigns accountabilities, sets objectives, establishes priorities, conducts annual performance appraisals
Enhances internal and external customer relationships through quality customer service to include adequate inventory, accurate and timely deliveries and prompt responses to problems and concerns.
Leads and implements appropriate system of policies, proceduures, and standards for Manufacturing platform, to include Vistar and PFG standards
Develops division’s annual budget to include the determination of projected department expenses and gross profit projections
Responsible for achieving established divisional goals and objectives
Oversees safety and quality control programs to ensure established customer and internal requirements are met
Performs other related duties as assigned.
