An integral component of Specpoint is the rapidly growing catalog of construction product information coordinated with MasterSpec and SpecText specification content.
As BPM Operations Manager, you will oversee the staff and processes involved in maintaining the Specpoint product catalog and associated product information. You will work closely with reseller partners and internal stakeholders to grow and maintain the library that facilitates AE firms in selecting and specifying building products for their construction projects. Responsibilities
+ Manage the team of specification experts and onboarding specialists who maintain the Specpoint product library.
+ Ensure team adheres to established procedures and processes for presale evaluation and fulfillment of product listings.
+ Set team goals and evaluate performance against those goals.
+ Balance team resources as needed to maximize team productivity and support work of specification content team overall.
+ Provide coaching and leadership to help team adapt to new ways of working.
+ Work closely with other team content managers to streamline and align processes across the full team.
+ Work with internal and external stakeholders to optimize and improve the process of evaluating and onboarding manufacturer’s products and product information.
+ Track success metrics and collaborate on modifications to the process to improve productivity, ease workload, and speed the sales and product onboarding cycle.
+ Ensure coordination of product reviews with planned MasterSpec and SpecText content updates.
+ Work with internal and external stakeholders to optimize fulfillment and maintenance of product listings and help scale the operations.
+ Provide input on new Specpoint functionality to simplify product listing management.
+ Track customer requests for content modifications and coordinate with Specification Operations lead to schedule their timely resolution.
+ Liaise with reseller partners to resolve customer questions, complaints, or disputes.
+ Collaborate with Editorial/Production team to complete product listing changes triggered by specification content updates. Ensure timely notification of changes to reseller partners to adhere to contractual requirements.
+ Maintain comprehensive customer lists and historical purchase/fulfillment data.
+ Maintain the Specpoint manufacturer database.
Work Location:US RemoteQualifications:
+ Licensed architect or engineer or CSI CDT-certified professional in good professional standing. If an architect, must be member in good standing of the American Institute of Architects (AIA).
+ Deep knowledge of Construction Specifiers Institute (CSI) specification writing conventions, including MasterFormat and Section Format. CDT certification preferred. CCS and/or CCCA certifications a plus.
+ Knowledge of Uniformat conventions a plus.
+ Knowledge of sustainability rating systems a plus.
+ Seven years of experience in building construction for firms specializing in engineering, architecture, construction management, specification consulting, or project management. Experience must include writing project specifications and conducting product review.
+ At least 5 years' people management experience.
+ Familiarity with project management and content management best practices. Comfortable working in a deadline-driven environment.
+ Must be collaborative, open to working in new ways, and able to provide constructive feedback.
+ Must be able to juggle multiple projects at the same time and professionally deal with colleagues and customers across disciplines.
+ Strong software skills including Microsoft Office suite of products. Experience with BIM, Revit, and other design and visualization tools desired. Willingness to learn new technologies.

This range is subject to change as Deltek takes a number of factors into consideration when determining individual base pay, such as location, job-related knowledge, skills and experience.
