Micron’s TCP engineering team is seeking a PROBE DISPO MGR to be part of ground-breaking solutions that improve operational efficiency and reduce costs. This role is pivotal in advancing our innovative manufacturing processes in the vibrant city of Tainan, Taiwan. 

Responsibility: 

Build and Develop Solutions: Create and implement manufacturing execution solutions to boost operational efficiency and flawless performance. 

Efficiency and Cost Reduction: Lead ambitious initiatives aimed at efficiency improvement and cost reduction in Probe Operations, ensuring seamless and flawless manufacturing processes. 

Coordinate Resources: Coordinate resources between FAB NPI and PROBE PROD/Equipment/Engineering teams to ensure seamless product qualifications from design to mass production. 

Data Analysis: Apply proven analytical skills using tools like Excel, Tableau, and Access to extract valuable insights from manufacturing data, supporting site business plans with outstanding precision. 

Process Improvement: Convert raw probe data into valuable insights for process improvement and yield enhancement, generating crucial data for Assembly and BE testing. 

Quality Control: Perform lot dispositions based on business logic and quality control standards required by PE and customers, ensuring adherence to high-quality benchmarks. 

Required Qualifications: 

Master’s degree in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience. 

Proven experience in manufacturing execution systems, probe automation, and new product introduction. 

Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Tableau, and Access. 

Strong analytical abilities to convert raw data into actionable insights such as Python, and database. 

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to successfully implement new products and process improvements. 

Outstanding problem-solving skills to address manufacturing challenges and offer innovative solutions. 

Excellent communication skills to effectively coordinate with collaborators both within and outside the organization. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

Experience with process improvement methodologies. 

Familiarity with quality control standards in a manufacturing environment. 

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
