HOW YOU WILL DO IT
Purpose Statement: The Manager, Regional Brand Experience is a team-lead, change agent, and champion of global strategic brand foundations to consistently build the Plexus brand. Reporting into the Regional President with matrix reporting into the Sr. Director, Brand, this role is responsible for elevating and accelerating the global Plexus brand within the assigned region and helping fuel regional growth goals. They play a pivotal role in consistently bringing to life the global Plexus strategic brand foundations to build brand affinity and advocacy, while also developing and aligning cultural adaptations in partnership with the Sr. Manager, Global Brand. By overseeing, leading and implementing brand strategies, external communications and community outreach, and on-site brand experience initiatives across the Plexus facilities in their respective region, they are driven to deliver 5-star experiences that positively impact our ability to be seen as an employer of choice, win new business and deliver on regional growth goals. They constantly seek opportunities to improve, standardize, scale and collaborate across regions in order to build consistent global brand experiences. This regional brand leadership role is imperative for Plexus to be seen as the partner and employer of choice across the regions we operate.Key Job Accountabilities:
Champion the Plexus brand by partnering with the Sr. Manager, Global Brand and Brand Experience Leaders to establish, develop and implement effective regional brand strategies and on-site brand experience initiatives that are rooted in regional growth goals and work in service to Market Sector, Solution and Employer of Choice activation plans. Lead and oversee regional content/creative executions in partnership with Graphic Design.Lead a regional brand team that are accountable to drive in-market brand execution and deployment of brand initiatives by understanding and adhering to global strategic brand foundations. Matrix manage and develop Customer Experience Assistants to consistently deliver exceptional on-site experiences and prioritize customer-focused initiatives and enhancements.
Oversee external community engagements, media relations and communications in partnership with the regional leadership team to consistently build the Plexus brand. Works in partnership with the Sr. Director, Global Brand Experience to manage public perception of Plexus, with corporate approval (as needed) for external engagements.
Leveraging a data-driven mindset, establish key measures to track progress of regional brand growth goals. Identify and utilize tools and technologies, such as customer feedback platforms, analytics software, and the customer relationship management (CRM) system, to gather insights, monitor key metrics and identify areas for improvement and standardization. Report out on key findings and recommended solutions.
Build and maintain strong, collaborative strategic partnerships with global brand function and the assigned regional & site leadership teams to understand regional strategy, growth goals and ultimately deliver 5-star total brand experiences that build brand awareness, affinity and advocacy internally and externally.
Responsible to exemplify and hold their team accountable to demonstrating the Plexus Core Values. Leader will focus on evaluating potential, driving succession planning, and ensuring their employees receive the development and coaching required to realize their full potential.
Education/Experience Qualifications:
A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing or businessOther Qualifications:
