Responsibilities
Under the oversight of the administrative Laboratory Services Program Director in conjunction with the MD Laboratory Director, the Clinical Laboratory Operations Manager has the overall responsibility for the planning, coordination, evaluation, and supervision of all technical and/or operational activities of the laboratory for multiple lab locations performing moderate to high complexity testing.

Salary Range: $101,147 - $124,947 (Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc.)
Qualifications
Education
Required: Bachelor's degree in a chemical, physical, or biological science or medical technology from an
accredited institution.
Preferred: Master's degree in a chemical, physical, biological, or clinical laboratory science or medical
technology from an accredited institution.
Experience
Required: 10-years laboratory experience in high complexity testing for the specialty of chemistry, diagnostic
immunology, and hematology, with minimum of 4 years’ experience in each which may be concurrent,
relevant training and experience must be recent and consistent.
3-years as supervisor in a clinical laboratory setting with management responsibility for chemistry,
hematology, or diagnostic immunology within last 5 years.
Preferred: 5-years supervisor experience with management responsibility for chemistry, hematology, and
diagnostic immunology within last 10 years to include management of multiple site labs
License(s)
Required: MT ASCP or equivalent

Preparation and analysis of quarterly and monthly reports

Required: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to deliver organized and concise

operations at multiple sites
