Responsibilities:

Lead team and focus in WET/CMP process and defect problem solving.Lead team and focus in WET/CMP path expansion and MXT to drive higher manufacturing output.Handling new generation transfer and network task force.

Qualifications & Skills:

Familiar with WET/CMP process and provide the lesson learnt for defect reduction.Well know the Path expansion and Transfer required skill.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor degreeE4 above for M1, E3 above for E4L hiring.More than 5 years in PH process
