Position Summary

 

Responsible for the day to day operations of the Facilities Department.  Operations to include the Preventative Maintenance Program, equipment/building repairs, energy plant, supply room and its inventory and complying with all regulatory agencies. 

 

Minimum Requirements

 

Education           

High School Diploma

 

Experience        

Four (4) years mechanical, electrical or HVAC experience with at least five (5) years supervisory experience

 

License/Registration/Certifications       

Must maintain a current Mechanical, Electrical, HVAC license

 

Preferred Requirements

 

Preferred Education      

Tech School Graduate

Responsible for the upkeep and maintaining all as built drawings/specifications, coordination with Manager of Renovation of work and manpower.
