JOB SUMMARY
Works directly with Growth and Development (G&D) Directors, functional departments and providers across the system to advance the strategic roadmap. This role reports directly to the Growth & Development Directors for UVACH with matrix reporting responsibility as assigned for programs and items related to strategic growth and development. This role does not support direct operational oversight responsibilities, however, is responsible for execution on priorities by partnering with all key stakeholders. Position will be hybrid and require some travel between sites. Collaborates with entity and G&D leadership to support and execute on Community Health’s growth, including but not limited to:
Increase provider access and improve the coordination of experience within our healthcare system through a variety of partnerships models (ex: Employed/Affiliation opportunities, remain independent, hybrid support models); New specialty integration; and ongoing development of services. Coordination and management of clinical service line and program growth and strategy execution Proposal development for new partnership opportunities & market and business development Accepts and creates an environment that supports and respects diversity: Models behavior and language that is inclusive and respectful of diverse cultures. Actively communicates with and involve others through regular dialogue. Explains strategy in an inclusive way. Through dyad partnership, creates a shared programmatic vision and converting strategic concepts into business goals and actionable tactics to drive execution across network of services. Maintains focus and prioritize execution on tactics and solutions to drive organizational growth within the marketplace. Supports G&D leaders to identify transformational care opportunities within assigned programs, conduct analysis, and identify strategies to design services that meet needs of local communities. Partners with others to support strategic recruitment goals and the elevation of new providers including: refinement of on-boarding processes, cultural integration, community orientation, network development, and long-term retention and engagement. Partners to develop growth performance dashboards for assigned programs to track progress and together with executive partners, accountable for analysis and interpretation of trends and action planning, to ensure strategic goals and objectives are met. Establishes routine interactions to build trust and open communication. Leads with influence to move groups towards achieving programmatic and system objectives. Employs a participative leadership style to actively engage multidisciplinary stakeholders, encourages open and transparent communication, understands needs, identifies competing priorities, and seeks and integrates continuous feedback to ensure successful decision making and implementation processes. Serves as a bridge between strategy and operations for items relating to growth. Acts as a catalyst for change. Partners with G&D team, operational leaders and key stakeholders to prioritize feedback identified through conversation with physician partners. Through transparency, diplomacy and tact in communication and approach, develops tangible, well communicated action plans to ensure follow through on agreements made to drive improvement. Develops positive relationships through shared dialogue and effective feedback loops with valued partners including, internal and external stakeholders, employed, affiliated and independent physicians and strategic community partners. Understands market landscape through: data, workforce assessments, trends in healthcare, competitive landscape intel, and physician and APP partners’ historical context and insights. Collaborates with others to craft and communicate value proposition and translate opportunities into goals and actionable tactics. Is innovative and thinks out of the box. QUALIFICATIONS
Education: 4 Year/Bachelor’s Degree required. Graduate Degree preferred.
Equivalent combination of education, training and experience may be considered
Experience: Successful healthcare, planning and development - ambulatory or acute - experience required.

Licensure: Active RN or applicable state preferred.
Additional Skills/Requirements Required: Demonstrated ability to successfully partner with physicians and APPs, leaders, operational and broad key stakeholder teams.
Ability to facilitate programmatic vision through strategic execution, relationship building, professional interaction, critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Responsible and accountable for the coordinated management of assigned clinical programs and multiple, related projects directed toward business and organizational initiatives. These complex activities will span functions and facilities. Excellent time management, attention to detail and organizational skills This position builds credibility, establishes rapport and maintains communication with stakeholders at multiple levels, including those external to the organization. Manages deliverables, timelines, project and action plans that are properly executed in business development initiatives.
