As the Retail Store Manager, you’ll have the opportunity to lead the operations of retail locations, where you'll play a pivotal role in delivering cutting-edge fiber internet services and products to the people of Hawaii. Your leadership and expertise will directly contribute to the growth of our brand, building strong relationships within the community, and inspiring a motivated team to achieve outstanding sales results.
**Job Purpose:**
The Retail Store Manager reports directly to the Retail District Manager and is responsible for the overall store performance, including sales attainment and general supervision of the individual employees within a single or across multiple locations. They are to assist in day-to-day store operations including but not limited to opening, closing, inventory procedures, security, merchandising, and balancing in/out of cash drawers.
A majority of the Retail Store Manager's time is allocated to sales coaching, conducted with the consultants in their stores, as well as handling customer escalations. The Retail Store Manager is expected to lead by example. Their sales attainment runs parallel with the coaching and development of the consultants with their stores
**Essential Functions:**
(40%) Sales Leadership and Customer Service:
+ Manage, motivate, and develop a high-performing team of retail associates.
+ Lead by example to meet and exceed sales targets for fiber internet subscriptions, hardware sales, and related products.
+ Implement and monitor sales strategies and promotions to maximize revenue.
+ Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
(30%) Store Operations Management
+ Oversee all aspects of store operations including inventory control, merchandising, and the maintenance of store facilities.
+ Ensure the store is clean, well-organized, and operating at optimal efficiency.
+ Develop and implement store policies and procedures to enhance productivity and customer experience.
+ Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain compliance with company standards.
(30%) Team Development and Training
+ Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback, coaching, and training to improve team performance.
+ Develop and implement a comprehensive training program for new hires and existing staff, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
+ Regularly assess the effectiveness of training programs and make adjustments as needed to maintain high performance.
+ Coordinate ongoing learning and professional development opportunities to enhance team members' product knowledge and customer service skills.
+ Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that encourages teamwork, accountability, and professional growth.
**Education:**
Four years of High School or equivalent
**Relevant Work Experience:**
3 to 5 years in related field
**Special Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:**
* Thorough understanding of all aspects of the store systems, including sales order entry, returns, exchanges, cash management reports, inventory management, and reports and other applications as they may be developed
* Demonstrate superior team skills that lead and support other team members in our mission to serve the customer and operate a highly professional store operation
* Attain sales and service goals as defined by store manager and customer feedback Provide consistent documented customer sales and service follow up
* Successfully demonstrate a superior application of all training provided
**Supervisory Responsibility:**
This position has one or more employee direct reports

**Work Environment:**
Indoor/Store Setting
Travel to various locations statewide

Salary Range: $65k-$97500
