Job Title: Manager I, Strategic Sourcing for HR Services – Americas Region
Location: Remote – MX
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Manager I for Strategic Sourcing for HR Services in the Americas region. This role will be responsible for driving strategic sourcing initiatives for a wide range of HR services, including recruitment, learning & development, employee benefits, and other HR outsourcing solutions. The Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams, including HR, Finance, and Procurement, to optimize sourcing strategies and manage vendor relationships to ensure the delivery of high-quality services while maintaining cost efficiency and compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Sourcing & Procurement:
o Lead and manage the end-to-end strategic sourcing process for HR services across the Americas region.
o Develop and implement sourcing strategies that align with business needs and objectives.
o Identify and assess potential vendors, negotiate contracts, and manage the supplier selection process.
o Ensure competitive pricing and best-in-class service offerings through effective negotiations.
2. Vendor Management:
o Build and maintain strong relationships with key HR service providers and external vendors.
o Oversee vendor performance, ensuring high service delivery standards and compliance with contracts and SLAs.
o Address any performance issues or service gaps, working collaboratively with vendors to resolve challenges.
3. Stakeholder Collaboration:
o Partner closely with HR leadership and cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and ensure sourcing strategies meet organizational needs.
o Provide strategic insights and guidance on HR sourcing initiatives to key stakeholders.
o Present regular updates on sourcing activities, cost savings, and supplier performance to leadership.
4. Market Research & Trends:
o Stay informed of industry trends, best practices, and new developments in HR services to enhance sourcing strategies.
o Conduct market research and competitive benchmarking to ensure optimal sourcing decisions are made.
5. Cost Optimization:
o Lead efforts to drive cost savings and efficiency improvements in the procurement of HR services.
o Identify opportunities for process improvements, vendor consolidations, and cost reduction initiatives.
6. Compliance & Risk Management:
o Ensure all sourcing activities adhere to legal and regulatory requirements in the Americas region.
o Mitigate risks by ensuring contracts and agreements are aligned with company policies and legal standards.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, HR, or related field (MBA or advanced degree is a plus).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or vendor management, with a focus on HR services.
• Strong understanding of HR services and outsourcing, including recruitment, learning & development, employee benefits, etc.
• Experience negotiating and managing contracts with third-party vendors and service providers.
• Demonstrated ability to work with senior stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and vendors.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities.
