We are committed to creating a workplace where all voices are heard, valued, and respected, and we welcome talented individuals from every background to join us in making a meaningful impact today. **The Role and Responsibilities** We are seeking a passionate and versatile HR professional to take a leadership role within our Greensboro, NC Plant and with our Program and Project Management (PPM) team. Ideally your background will include: **HR Operations & Compliance** + Ensure compliance with US labor laws and HR best practices, representing the company before government agencies when necessary. + Develop and enforce HR policies, procedures, and strategies to drive business success. + Manage employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit. + Oversee performance management, ensuring alignment with business objectives. + Oversee compensation management in alignment with TE’s Total Rewards framework. + Maintain HR metrics and analytics to support data-driven decision-making. **Strategic HR Leadership & Business Partnership** + Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders on leadership effectiveness, organizational design, change management, and talent strategies. + Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with overall business goals and drive workforce transformation. + Provide expert guidance on employee engagement, performance management, compensation, and leadership development. + Develop and execute HR initiatives that support a collaborative, high-performance culture and business excellence. **Talent Management & Workforce Development** + Oversee the recruitment process, ensuring top talent acquisition and retention. + Strengthen the talent pipeline through workforce planning, competency modeling, and leadership development initiatives. + Lead succession planning and career development strategies to nurture high-potential and in succession employees. + Implement employee training programs to enhance skills, engagement, and professional growth. **Change Management & Organizational Development** + Lead change management initiatives, creating strategies, timelines, and communication plans to drive successful implementations. + Champion a positive workplace culture, fostering well-being, collaboration and innovation. + Drive employee engagement through initiatives that align with corporate values and priorities. **Qualifications:** + Impactful experience in HR Business Partnership or a similar strategic HR Role (Ideally 6-8 years) + Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and compliance. + Strong balance between strategic thinking and tactical execution. + Demonstrated experience in a matrixed environment, requiring influencing and collaboration skills. + Ability to drive innovative HR solutions in a fast-changing business landscape. + High-level interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills. + Strong capabilities in negotiation, influence, and communication. + Proven ability to lead change management initiatives. + English proficiency required, multi-lingual a plus.
