MGR II PROJECT FINANCE At TE, you will unleash your potential working with people from diverse backgrounds and industries to create a safer, sustainable and more connected world. **Job Overview** Responsible for providing financial analysis, guidance, and support to the Sales Leaders and/or Product General Manager and Product Management team. These positions are expected to ensure profitable growth by improving Sales and/or Product Management performance through enhanced analysis, reporting, key performance indicator tracking, and follow up on critical items. Financial responsibilities include evaluating PAC projects, capital investments, product extensions, product pricing and rebate agreements, Strategic Plan process and long term P&L modelling, competitive and scenario analyses, driving financial intelligence and rigor across Finance and other non-Finance functions. **What your background should look like:** 1. Review G2/G3 key financial index with team members before China top management review meeting, provide summary and highlights to identify key factors for business 2. Ensure Capex, customer tooling contribution, customer rebate, interim change, project loss approved by appropriate DOA or China top management team to meet compliance requirement 3. Drive PJM and PM team to meet cost and margin commitment at the start point of mass production 4. Make appropriate judgement for special case at G5/G6 phase and avoid case out of price approval process 5. Provide guidance to the team for template improvement, key indicators updates and key projects overviews 6. Develop post Audit report to assess mass production financial performance 7.
