Management of employees to ensure service expectations are met for Insight’s internal and external customers.  Overall supervision includes proper planning, forecasting, training and operational efficiency with regards to employee utilization, logistical processes and employee administrative functions.  Responsible for building and maintaining positive relationships within Insight and its partners and clients. Teammate will follow all Insight policies and procedures. Each person is accountable for meeting or exceeding individual and / or departmental metrics.

 

Key Responsibilities

Plan, manage, and coordinate personnel and operations processes. Report on metric and SLA adherence to all levels of the organization. Communicate business activities for sound decision-making. Continuously evaluate processes, procedures, and systems for optimization. Maintain open communication with other departments. Represent Insight in a professional manner to customers and associates. Issue regular reports and some travel required. Perform other duties as assigned.

What you’ll need to succeed

Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university. 3+ years of related operations experience or equivalent. Experience in supervising teammates. Ability to lead and provide assistance and advice. Knowledge of SAP for resource management, time reporting, and expense reporting. Strong verbal, interpersonal, and analytical skills. Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively. Excellent time management and teamwork skills. Strong computer skills.
