**Mgr Solutions Marketing Sr - req1394** **OVERVIEW** Develop and implement tactical and strategic downstream solutions marketing plans for customers and sales ensure that programs support business unit objectives and company financial goals. Directs and controls solutions marketing development, as well as all Digital Communications. Continually evaluate the effectiveness of marketing promotions and programs, and modify marketing plans to meet changing market and competitive conditions. Continuously drive and increase brand awareness and customer mind share. Provides downstream marketing strategy and direction throughout the lifecycle of the product: Pre-Market, Introduction, Aftermarket and Sunset. **RESPONSIBILITIES** + Oversee and develop, recommend sales and marketing materials that demonstrate the clinical, operational and financial value of our technology. + Coordinate Sales and Customer Primary interface. + Work with strategic development and medical affairs to create solution validation plans. + Develops relationships with Field sales and advises them on product positioning and strategies based on competitive analysis information. Ongoing sales/service verticals training. Support customer visits at BU specified demonstration sites, and coordinate such visits with Sales. Organize and execute new hire and new product training in cooperation with the medical affairs and education team for vertical sales teams. + Work with strategic development to ensure that third party alliances items are validated and cleared. + Development of solutions Collaterals. Ensures availability of relevant show quality images in hard copy and electronic. + Market Segmentation, and creation of segment specific solutions collaterals. + Development and continuous improvement of sales tools, brochures and videos. + Work with medical affairs and education for deployment of solution into the first sites for the creation of collaterals from first of kind deployments, luminary reference and show sites in collaboration with show-site team. + Ensure Show-site Relationship Management. Develops a comprehensive multi-level relationship with key BU specified demonstration sites. This includes physicians, technologists, radiology staff, and hospital administration; requires visiting the designated sites 2-3 times per year. + Schedule quarterly business reviews with counterparts in Japan to determine the status of project deliverables, product road maps, etc. + Development and continuous improvement of sales tools, brochures, videos and training programs + Become the key Canon product representative at clinical and luminary sites for assigned product lines. \#LI-NA1 \#LI-Remote **QUALIFICATIONS** + Demonstrated ability to implement strategic plans that have led to improved business operations, profitability and efficiency. + Proficiency with windows-based software. + Strong communication skills. + Proven ability to operate effectively in a matrix organizational structure. + Detailed clinical and/or technical knowledge of specific Modality. + 4 Year / Bachelor's Degree Science. + 8 years Marketing management, clinical, or sales experience in a field-based sales company. + Experience in a marketing, clinical or sales role in a medical imaging company. + Min. $130,000 base to max $209,300 plus performance incentive with upside potential. **_About us!_** _Canon Medical Systems USA, Inc., a world leader in diagnostic imaging, is in search of qualified candidates to fill our open positions.
